7 Years Sober

Last week I celebrated being 7 years sober, 7 years wiser, 7 years clearer and 7 years more successful in life.

That’s not me being smug, thats me being grateful for the fact that im here, the fact I saved my life, and I am helping to save others, im grateful to be making a difference.

I celebrated in Bali and it was poignant that I visited the extremely beautiful and aptly named ‘Heavens Gates’

Thank you for all the support over the years and the lovely messages on my 7 year milestone. Long may it continue to not only make me a better person, but inspire others to make changes with their drinking habits too.
