I was invited onto Rossendale Radio today by the beautiful Jeanette to talk NHS, sobriety and all things wellbeing…

At the end of the interview Jeanette mentioned me being brave sharing my story. I agree, its brave, and I risk being judged, but I  said ‘you never know who is listening, who you are inspiring, you might just save someone’
